I don’t always have the luxury of fitting breakfast into my schedule, but when I do, it’s always my favorite meal of the day. When I’m NOT dieting, I head over to a fresh bagel shop to get my usual – onion bagel toasted with lox cream cheese. When I AM dieting, fresh fruit can be equally satisfying. Getting fresh strawberries and kiwis, slicing them, and eating them either alone or with plain nonfat greek yogurt easily becomes the highlight of my morning!
